After years of having HA, I was told I would likely need fertility treatments to conceive. This escalated (for safety reasons) to IVF, which was...HARD. Why am I telling you this? So maybe you can change your habits now so you don’t have to go through this too. (This is vulnerable and if you’re a dude, consider yourself warned 😉)
