Today I continue sharing my infertility journey with you, friends. It’s the raw and unfiltered realities of this chapter of our lives. I am taking you through the ups and downs of IVF treatments, the emotional and physical hurdles, the heavy weight of societal expectations, and the sting of unsolicited advice. But my story doesn’t stop at the struggles. 

I am sharing with you the powerful transformation from feeling helpless to finding strength within, learning to let go of the things I couldn't control and shifting my perspective from one of “failure” to resilience and empowerment.

Through this episode, I want to speak anyone who has endured infertility, reminding you that it’s okay to grieve and acknowledge the pain—those lows really do suck, and it’s valid to feel that deeply. But I also want to offer a gentle encouragement: you are not failing. Life can be so hard, and infertility can feel downright relentless, but each step, each attempt, is a testament to your courage.

In sharing what I’ve let go of, I hopes my journey can bring a bit of solace, and maybe even a moment to breathe for those on this path.
