Today is not about trying to re-create the aesthetically pleasing morning routines that we see online - I will not be telling you what time you should set your alarm or what you should be doing with your time - that’s down to you. In this episode, I am sharing with you how I typically start my day - I say typically because let's face it, no two days are the same!!!

I want you to know that you truly get to start your day your way, on your own terms.  Whether it be to wake up 10 minutes before anyone else does so that you can have a cup of coffee in peace before it gets cold - that’s perfect.  If you want to start your day going for a run to get energised - you do that!  This is about dictating how your day starts which has a massive ripple effect on the rest of your day.

📣 You are too loud

📣 You are too quiet

📣 You can’t talk about that

How many times have you been told these things, or even you said them to yourself?

But what does that do to us? What does it do to our self worth, our confidence, our self esteem? It shatters it. I can tell you it absolutely shatters all of this and you end up becoming a shell of the person, or the version of yourself that you truly are, you truly want to stand in and feel confident and proud.

So, my sole intention for today, if for you to come away with that inner feeling, that inner knowing that it is safe to just be you! That it is safe to be different, to stand out, to talk about the things that truly matter to you, to move away from what you’ve been told and do things in a way that are aligned and light you up.

After today, I am hoping you come away feeling so motivated to be yourself, your true self and take inspired action that lights you up to get you to where you really want to be.
