It has been a scary, rocky road figuring out and then healing from the most horrific anxiety attacks I've had a few years back. It took me time, knowledge and a lot of self work to go from 2-3 panic attacks a month to hardly any in 10 months. This is the first time I've ever opened up about my journey with anxiety and how I coped with it.
