This podcast is named Note To Self, and the best note to ourselves we can convey is that it is okay to not be okay. Most of our adult lives we spend dismissing our emotions and suppressing how we really feel about a situation but that has consequences.
It has been a scary, rocky road figuring out and then healing from the most horrific anxiety attacks I've had a few years back. It took me time, knowledge and a lot of self work to go from 2-3 panic attacks a month to hardly any in 10 months. This is the first time I've ever opened up about my journey with anxiety and how I coped with it.
I hope this helps whoever needs it the most!

The fear we have of failure can often eclipse the motivation to succeed. The insecurity about doing things incorrectly causes many people to subconsciously sabotage their own chances for success.
Fear is part of human nature and feeling the fear of failure inevitable. As an entrepreneur, I faced this same fear many times. My emotions and identity became intertwined with my work, and when things didn’t go as planned, I broke down. Fortunately, I overcame this unhealthy relationship with fear a couple years ago, and I believe that you can, too. This podcast covers my tried and tested strategies for overcoming the fear of failure. Happy listening! :)

Sometimes we don't even realise how certain circumstances lead to a lowered sense of self esteem, which in turn leads to a low life state. In this podcast I have shared 6 simple and practical ways to elevate your attitude towards yourself. Happy Listening :)

There has been a global erosion of trust on digital media with phenomenon like fake news, which has led people to distrust information unless completely authentic and honest. As human beings, trust is the glue that holds any meaningful relationship together, whether that’s with a family member, a friend, or a customer. In the content creation world, trust is what keeps your audience engaged, it’s how you build longstanding relationships with your viewers.
What about authenticity then?
Well, authenticity is the key for building trust. By keeping it real, the relationship between your (personal) brand and followers becomes stronger, increasing their engagement, respect, and even, loyalty. That's exactly what I discuss in this podcast episode with Swati Rai, an English Language Trainer, Writer and Blogger. Happy Listening :)
First episode with a guest on board and I'm beyond excited for this segment of my podcasts. This episode's guest is a young, 22 year old start up owner, Muskan Saxena. She started her own wellness product brand called MYSA International in 2020 and in this episode she talks about her process towards self-confidence, dealing with challenges of running a business at this age and her plans for the future. A completely new, candid format of Note to Self, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Happy Listening :)
