Talking just wondering 

What is understanding. Its the ability  to be aware of other peoples feelings and be forgiving. I believe somethings  have  been forgiven for  but not everything.

To speak these words from my lips is exhausting and tearful things run threw my mind like a circle with four walls you can never escape.

Today is very depressing.  is my daughters first birthday in 31 years I have not been with her she and I have a special bond this is just telling the beginning which should of been the end but in the years to come I would have a unbreakable bond with her.

What you dream affects what you feel and how you react to the day ahead.

Sadness is a part of life you can either deal with it or look the other way. Loneliness is a feeling of emptiness. Do we isolate ourselves on purpose or just a twist of faith in the wrong direction. The feeling right now is loneliness remembering a time that it crept up slowly from one experience one memory one instance .

My life has been filled with depression , heartache , happiness , loneliness, desperation ,situations unbelievable unless told and really understood after contemplating for a moment. Understand this is real life not a made up story it delves into my inner core of beginning to now the end is not finished but the beginning of this journey will never be forgotten.
