This week, the events that happened at the Capital of the United States has triggered something within most of us, including myself and Tony. It can be a hard pill to swallow as I watch this country go up in smokes but I am not moved. I know there is a God who is coming the the rescue.

As I try to understand the world around me, I am also battling my own demons. I have chosen to fast and pray and it has encouraged me and strengthen me to know I serve a God who is mighty to save!

This week, The Papa God has been speaking tp me strongly about the importance of loving myself & what love looks like.  How I understand love to be is not the way Papa God sees love. My mind is limited but Papa helps me expand my mind to grasp what Love was willing to do for me. This journey has been beyond remarkable but it is not the end, it's only the beginning. I cannot wait for the next one!

Sometimes, I forget that Papa God is a being and not human, so I think He would treat me the same way the people in the world treats me and yet He doesn't. That in itself brings me comfort and joy, to know I can be myself around The Creator & I don't need to perform.

This week, I share my heart for the love I have toward children & the evil that rises up out of me if I ever think about the wrong that is done to children. It can be challenging to trust God to get justice on anybody's behalf because it's not the way that I would want justice. However, I have found that when I choose to let go, when I choose to forgive, and when I choose to love & allow God to step into the places where I fall short, amazing things begin to happen; prayers are answered and promises are kept.
