It's slow cooker season and I'm back. I had a little trouble uploading episodes for the last couple of weeks. But I'm back and I brought with me a slow cooker recipe that uses Lebanese seven spice. In addition to this, there's also a recipe for zuke and juice rice.

It's time for Persephone days as well as pomegranates. What a great time to take the skins from the pomegranate and dry them for tea.

It's time to get your blackberry leaves harvested before it's too late. They either are on Vines around brambles. They are useful for many things as a tea, or even as a poultice. In this episode we even talk a little bit about another use that you may not know about. Let's get started.

Raspberry leaves are a long believed tonic for women's health. Specifically, it's believed to help women and girls strengthen uterine health. Time to harvest peach leaves. They can be added to tea leaves, or used as a tisane in their own.
