In this episode, I go very personal as I share my experience of starting menopause very early and the challenges I have faced along the way.
Understanding menopause is very important for organizations to retain their best staff and to ensure that these women come to work and still be able to be high performers.

Making menopause an inclusive subject at work will make it much easier for people to talk about, without feeling embarrassed and enable women confidently ask for help and support when needed. It will also make more women prepared and not be taken by surprise like so many of us were.
