You are already ahead of thousand of people by listening to podcasts, going to masterminds and doing all the things you think you should be doing... However, it is important to ask oneself why you are doing it. Is it to prove somebody wrong? Is it to prove your dad is wrong? Is it a big "F you" to somebody that said they couldn't do it? Oftentimes, people get down a path and lie to themselves, living other people's injected lives and views. When one understands how the game of real estate or business works, they understand that there is a market cycle, reasons, marketing, money, etc. However, what is not focused on is WHY.
