Like any conversation you'll have with me, it's random.

We're going to talk about body image and social media, Christmas and not wishing for 2022 to be better (look what happened when we said the same thing about 2021 back in 2020!)

I also talk about anxiety and panic attacks, and I talk about things that I work on every day to stop doing!

So. for this week's episode, I thought while he's home from harvest I would have my first guest, my husband Joe.

We talk about Tiktok, marriage, it gets a little off track with nearly turning into a true crime episode lol, to some of our adventures together, particularly when we went to Bangkok for our 10th wedding anniversary.
