John Boyle is a man who grow up oppressed by a past riddled with abuse, and no top of that was perceived as a second-class citizen simply because of where he grew up. As we live out our lives, we will face storms, but if we listen to the Holy Spirit, He will teach us how to get through those storms. He will direct us and tell us what to do so that we can deal with whatever we are facing. But the Holy Spirit only comes through our faith in Jesus Christ. This is illustrated in Matthew 14:22-33 with the story of Jesus walking on water, and we will talk about how it teaches us to trust Him even in the midst of life’s most challenging circumstances.

God has a plan for all of us, and sometimes that means we have to step away from long held traditions. My guest today is Yoel ben Yisrael, and he was once a member of the Watch Tower & Bible Tract Society, or commonly known as the Jehovah's Witness.
