Michelle had a tumultuous childhood and comes from a family whose humor can sometimes turn personal. This paired with her closeted pansexuality led to an unhappiness and depression fueled by alcohol. Her addiction really ramped up during the pandemic with the loss of her dream job and Michelle found herself realizing she was headed down a dangerous path.

Michelle was blessed with her obsession being lifted almost immediately after giving up booze, but realizes this isn’t the norm. She shares her story today in hopes of bringing awareness to recovery and helping those who may still be struggling.
