In this episode, I share my personal pleasure story and the moment I realized I didn’t want anyone else telling me what kind of pleasure I was capable of. I was done with the zero orgasm bit!
For years, I was handed explanations about women's pleasure that felt limiting, confusing, or disconnected from my actual body. Sex could feel good, but something was missing and I knew it wasn’t because I was broken or "messed up".
So, I share with you how misinformation, performance-based sex education, and external expectations pulled my attention out of my body and what changed when I stopped trying to do pleasure and learned how to stay present instead.
I also share how this was a part of the journey that led to my upcoming premium audio series, created for women who feel the pull to understand their bodies more deeply and to learn the conditions that allow orgasm to flow.
