Some say a dove is a symbol of new beginnings like the same dove that brought Noah an olive branch offering a sign that God has prepared a new home for all of humanity. Others would say that being a Christian or member of a denomination who shares a belief in Christ is the key to having eternal life but this is not the case. Eternal life is not something that is a given or something to be entitled about as this is a great honor that God gives to His people through their faith in Christ Jesus without having to see signs, what anything in return or miracles as these are the promises that Christ told his disciples in encouraging of great works than miracles they will do. Have you ever loved someone or decided to get on a ride without even knowing if you will throw up? The answer could be yes or no but if you picked yes this is an act of faith in choosing to love someone not knowing how your future will turn out along with getting on a ride without wondering if you'll get sick. Faith comes by hearing God's word and action comes by faith in God's power not our own.
6 "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."-Hebrews 11:6

For those of us who grew up on sitcoms where we see family dynamics, comedy relief punch lines, and the very reminders that the messiness we try to hide is the very memory that teaches us or becomes our greatest obstacle. But what if we could use understanding as an antidote to building stronger relationships, bonds, and a way to set ourselves free from fighting to please others instead of finding our own SPARK/purpose? This is why having that talk with your parents, relative or friend is important as we live in times of great fear where only together we can overcome.

Focus on the issues that surround your system that you are working in:
Passion and many people finding it hard to align it with a career that not only offers much financially but also is fulfilling.
The potential root causes of the issue:
Fear of not being given the opportunities we qualify or have experience in, inequality economically, the pressure of being the head of our households and the common insecurities such as being shy or not feeling like being a go getter is the right way to succeed in life. Primarily the root causes of these issues is how we think, feel, and our own perception of quality living.
The current business environment the issue is facing that may make it difficult to correct:
Not feeling like they can contribute another of value to the place or work environment the work in. Which is why I created this service that would help people choose the right career in the service industry to pair with their passion. I believe that without passion a fire can be easily distinguished so this is why I wanted to focus on this area as finding a career should be held to the same esteem as the Cinderella slipper.
My name is Aiysha Annah Yaa Ansah. In this episode, we will be discussing the importance of addressing the hidden emotions and psychological effects of not feeling enough or acknowledged. The journey to finding inner peace is more than having mental clarity, it is the spiritual journey of addressing our own personal insecurities. Growing up as the youngest of four children, I know how the feeling of wanting to be seen can take away the focus of understanding your own journey and the reason why you exist. This cycle of emotional torture finally ended when I decided to take a step back and ask myself a valuable question of why do I believe that my life is so horrible that I do not appreciate myself or find it a need to validate who I am instead of focusing on other people's journey.
I learned through many life experiences that how you feel about yourself is how you are going to treat others whether they are a stranger, mother, father, child, spouse or friend. We are all connected no matter the DNA or race. Relationships are Universal!
Sincerely,
Aiysha

Now is our time to not only coming home physically but also spiritually and mentally. This is URƁAŊITY TOƉAY™
In this episode, we will be talking about Natural Hair Styles Vs. Culture Appropriation Hair Styles and how this distinct representation of the African heritage is being used as an accessory to fulfill personal aspirations or another fashion trend. As an Afro-Caribbean girl who currently has natural dreadlocks, I have seen how authentic African styles such as braids, cornrows, and even dreadlocks are being culturally exploited. Different media outlets have referenced cornrows as a new trend, but black women and men have been rocking these styles for decades. Wearing braids have always been an African tradition of representing the identity of tribes and a way to show appreciation for the influence of our ancient ancestors, but somehow along the way, we have forgotten the true meaning of authentic living. This is the real purpose for me doing this podcast episode, to address not only the cultural appropriation of African heritage but also the lack of understanding for those of truly abide within the traditions of Kings and Queens.
