This week in my podcast I am chatting about my relationship with alcohol having realised that my I need a drink to help me socialise with people and that the majority of previous relationships all involved drinking a lot of alcohol.  I then break it up by adding a positive experience of seeing Take That in Hyde Park last year, before discussing how as  a society we should be taking responsibility to help protect those people around us who are vulnerable and I also run through what are basic human rights are.
