Senna agrees to meet Josh at Dahlia's Delights. Nervous energy has her stomach tumbling. Josh is balancing his curiosity with frustration at the way she'd cut him from her life. He wants answers. In the end, Senna knows that Josh deserves to know the truth.

Ch 12 - Senna's surprised when Josh shows up to help her move the screen into Reid's Accounting Firm. Martin is surprised when a giant Japanese screen keeps him from staring at Senna. Josh is surprised by Martin's obvious social issue and is concerned for Senna's safety.

Ch 13- Martin is delighted with the fact that Mother is going to her book club for the evening. This gives him time to relish and enjoy his hobby. He has found a way to give himself power over others, and he loves every minute of it.

Sometimes love isn’t about where you land…but who catches you on the way down.

One clumsy fall in LAX and my life shifts midair.

Ch 10 - Lia and Josh come to a fork in the road & have a heavy conversation.

Ch 11 - Senna and Dahlia purchase an interesting piece of furniture in a desperate attempt to help Senna feel more comfortable at work.

Alejandro doesn’t smile when I check in. He just hands me my key like I’m a problem he didn’t ask for.

I try to brush it off, but something about his quiet intensity sets me on edge—and not in a bad way.

He’s brooding, yet gorgeous, and completely uninterested in making small talk with the upbeat, recently divorced woman crashing his perfectly controlled resort.

Enters Rachel, my best friend-slash-human hurricane, who signs us up for every resort activity known to man. Suddenly I’m stuck paddleboarding next to Alejandro, hiking behind him, and making awkward eye contact over morning pilates.

He surprises me. He listens when I talk. He remembers little things.

I should’ve known I was in trouble the second he took my hand under the stars and said my laugh reminded him that life keeps going.

Ch 8 - Senna & Dahlia enjoy food at Gina's Shiny Diner. They gossip about Martin, Senna's strange boss, and Senna's "date" with Josh.

Ch 9 - Josh takes Lia to Gina's Shiny Diner. Lia is excited to try something new, but she instantly regrets agreeing to eat there when they run into Senna again. She knows Senna is competition.

When Bill woke up this morning, his biggest adventure was going to be mowing the lawn. 24 hours later, he found himself hiding in a bush with a stranger, who claims they are best friends. He's about to steal a briefcase with one million dollars and his wife picks this moment to announce she wants to have a baby. It's a tale about two guys, one woman, a briefcase full of money, a time machine, a salad spinner, and a small red fly. You know, that old story.

Ch 6 - Senna seeks privacy so she can call Josh regarding her role as his accountant. Martin's curiosity gets the best of him, so he snoops on Senna's phone call.

Ch 7 - Senna and Josh reconnect over dinner at The Fish Fry.
