We believe when you share openly with someone about your own struggles, you create a safe space that gives them permission to share openly and honestly also, and that's the most powerful catalyst to change and connection. We believe healing is a journey, not a destination. If you're struggling, know you are not alone, and this, too, will pass.

Does this sound familiar... you set your daily calendar and tasks list, but throughout the day, you find yourself getting caught up with other things. Before you know it, it's 4:00 pm and you have no idea where the day went or what you even did with it. And by bedtime, you can *maybe* check off one thing you said you would do. Trust us, we get it AND you are not the only one that struggles with getting distracted, especially in this work-from-home world we live in. So, let's chat about it!

Do you think people can change? In this episode, we talk about whether we think people can change or not. We discuss loving the idea of someone, or their potential and we also dig into some of our own personal experiences and having to learn the hard lesson that sometimes you just have to accept people for who they are.

Have you ever had obsessive thoughts about something you know you should move on from and let go? But, you find the more you focus on letting go the more you focus on it? Or do you have someone in your life who chooses the negative to focus on? Who is obsessed with something and unwilling to let it go? Either one is toxic for us and can be a slippery slope to bitterness. Do you or someone you know find a problem for every solution? Do you practice gratitude? Have you ever thought about what life would look like if you looked at it from an abundant mindest full of gratitude? Today's episode covers all the above and more!

What do we do when our friend vents a lot, and we don't have the emotional energy or bandwidth for it? In today's episode, we talk about how you should be there for your friends when they need you, but it's also important to set boundaries for both you and your friends regarding that support, especially when a particular situation or conversation keeps repeating itself.

It's possible to obsess about healing the trauma that we become part of the problem, not the solution. We allow ourselves to think about our lives more than we live them. Thus perpetuating all the old cycles and truths, we hold deep down about our unworthiness to find happiness for real.
Binge thinking happens when introspection becomes the means to avoid a problem. Evaluating your life, the trauma, and the work you've done is supposed to facilitate living it, not the other way around. When the obsession with healing becomes the focus, we are letting our lives exist more in our heads than in reality.
Today's episode is a deep dive into how we sabotage our journey through the obsession to heal a little more and better than we did yesterday. What is the point of all this work if we don't allow ourselves to embody the life we are living and take action daily to experience it? We have to stop thinking about taking action and actually take it in order to evolve and heal fully in the present.
