Every woman has a different pregnancy journey and experiences it in a different way. Now that I’m a little over 1 year postpartum, I look back at how my pregnancy went, and think about the things no one warned me/told me about. Let’s talk about the aspects of pregnancy no one wants to talk about as I share my personal pregnancy journey.

It’s interesting how the way you grow up can have a deep impact on your adult life. For my case, I can definitely say that I grew up facing some particularity polarizing obstacles, where I felt like I didn’t fit in anywhere because of who I was, and things I couldn’t control. Let’s talk about what it feels to grow up feeling like you don’t belong, simply because you were just being yourself.

We all live our lives with various beliefs, views and perspectives. Especially when it comes to personal decisions we make for how we’d like to live our specific life experiences (such as sex, marriage, drinking, etc) But of course, society has deemed certain perspectives and life choices as “old-fashioned” or “traditional”…and sometimes picks apart those who choose this so-called “traditional” route. If you find yourself being what society calls “old-fashioned”, let’s chat about it.

Life is full of ups and downs. But sometimes, we get caught up in desiring what’s up ahead…so much so that we miss what’s right in front of us. Let’s talk about taking that pause to appreciate the now, while we wait for what’s to come.

Most of us have unfortunately experienced some level of toxicity in the workplace. Whether it was a crazy coworker, weirdo boss, or overall interesting workplace. Let’s chat about our crazy work stories, and discuss how we can move forward when dealing with these disparities.

Body image can be a sensitive topic. We’ve all got different body types, different genetics, and different health journeys. But it seems as though society is always perpetuating an ever changing standard of what body image and health should look like. Let’s talk about it, and start the conversation of what it truly means to choose better overall health.
