Half a lifetime ago (for him), Tommy Jackett stumbled into my reality as a peculiarly curious, enthusiastic and passionate kid wanting to hang out with, and learn from, yours truly. Kind of weird for a teenager to be obsessed with personal development and my unique style of.. er.. teaching but nonetheless, he was. We’ve been connected ever since and now at the geriatric age of 35, he’s a dad of two, husband of one, successful businessman, gifted creative and not unlike me, something of a man-child. Did you know that, while psychopaths can understand the theory of empathy (that's a weird term isn't it?) and the social currency of being 'seen' as a kind and caring person, they don't actually have the capacity to experience empathy for others.
