On today's solo episode I share when I began to experience panic attacks, how I began to manage my anxiety, and what led me to rebuild my relationship with food and see it as healing medicine. We have normalized the consumption of low vibrational food, to the point that many of us don't realize how addicting it is and how it's taking a toll on our mental health. I firmly believe that when we begin to feel ready to make changes in our mental health, to process trauma, and create more space for healing in our lives, it begins with making a conscious choice to step away from low vibrational food and introduce more nutrient dense whole foods.
