As someone who has battled with anxiety for most of her life and who would succumb to societal pressure, I talk about finally reaching a place where I felt empowered to quit using a substance I would use to escape my body. I discuss short term pleasure vs long term peace & wellbeing, finally experiencing the relief I had searched for and I share my own personal "Why" behind my choice. I give you my biggest tip for starting to re-evaluate your relationship with alcohol and how you too can approach the age old question of "So, whyyy aren't you drinking?"
