In today's episode I had the pleasure of interviewing Veronica, fellow Latina and founder of Sacred Space Breathwork. She shares part of her life story with us that includes growing up in a multi-generational household and being raised by women who were connected to the land in Arizona and who were rooted in community and care. She also expands on a recent season in her life that asked her to embark on a journey of exploration and one of less evaluation. She shares tools and practices that you can use to help anchor yourself to live more in alignment as you honor your own personal and intentional choices.
