Welcome to Episode 1, you guys, I am like jumping up and down right now, I’ve been so excited to record this first moment and capture what I really think will be the start of such a great, heartwarming friendship and conversation. I wanted to start by sharing my story and testimony so we can begin to build an authentic friendship and dialogue around mental health, coming to the Christian faith and the light that is inside of all of us.
