Before I became a parent I was…. super judgy. From the frazzled mom at Target to the friends who wanted to bring their kids to my parties… I was a mini Judge Judy. It wasn’t until I had Olivia that I realized how awful I had to been to my friends who had kids without out even realizing it! In this episode of #RedesigningLife , I go solo as I dive deep and tackle my former judgement (and maybe send out a few apologies). I also talk about finding your identity as a person while being a parent, discuss the idea of “independence” when someone is dependent on you and how slowing down for a few minutes a day can help you have massive shifts in the way you handle your relationship with being a parent. Isn’t it ironic now that I’m asking you not to judge me after you listen to this?
