After returning home early from my full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints I found myself very depressed and feeling hopeless about my future. This is without a doubt the hardest year I ever had dealing with anxiety and depression. I tried many different medications (over the course of my anxiety treatment, I would end up having taken 22 different meds).  I'll discuss how I got through and how I finally found myself on the road to true recovery.
