This is a real and in depth talk about my relationship anxiety and separation anxiety, 200,000 people per year in the US are diagnosed with separation anxiety and that number is probably much higher because people don’t know that they have it. No one should feel bad as long as you have a therapist, support groups, friends and a supportive partner not a codependent partner but a partner who brings you up and tells you you are stronger than u think u r :)
