Hi All, so my podcast this week is an emotional one.
I had the honour of having my Mammy join me.
She celebrated her 27th sobriety birthday on St.Patricks Day ☘️.
She had to make some tough decisions in her life so she could get better.

    Episode 1

    Happy Monday everyone!

We had to get the first one out of the way. Now that we did, what an absolute load of balls .The first is always the worst so if you managed to get through all of this you might get through my next one.

Ps- let's make a drinking game for each time Aoife says 'straight off the bat' .

Cheers to my pal Jordan for letting me use a clip of his song for my theme tune .

    Thanks for listening
