Yes, I had to do one more inspiration moment on football. A quarterback never throws to a player, he throws to the spot where the player is expected to be. If the player can't catch or can't get to the spot, the QB loses trust in him and will look in a different direction. Trust is important for teams to be effective. In the christian experience trust is also important. But we use a different word for trust. We call it, faith.
