Welcome to Season Two of My Tennessee Table Podcast: the Holiday Edition! Eucharisteo is fitting for this time of year as the Thanksgiving holiday approaches. So what is Eucharisteo exactly and why are we talking about it on today's episode? Eucharisteo means to be thankful, to express gratitude. And we could all use a little more of that during this holiday season and really maybe all year. We can speed past Thanksgiving, as we come off Halloween and rush toward Christmas, missing the opportunity to truly be thankful for all God has given us. Today at the Table, we capture the idea of Eucharisteo, the why behind it, and offer some ideas on how to "give thanks".

Understanding our Spiritual Identity is so important. On today's episode, Lele and Juli share how they processed their departure from vocational ministry and the effect it had on their Spiritual Identity. Knowing that our identity is defined by Jesus rather than by what we do is critical. Otherwise we can attach our worth to things that shift and change like our careers, family, appearance, finances, etc... Our Identity is who are we in Christ who never changes.

On today's episode, we're talking all about Friendship! One of the biggest blessings God has given us. The joys of friendships and all it brings to our lives, and also how occasionally friendships take a turn and go south, or even end. So how do we move past those painful moments and into new friendships? It's all in today's episode. It's a full one! Let's get started...
Prayer is a huge part of our spiritual life; it's how we communicate in our relationship with Jesus, so it's a pretty big deal! So what happens when our prayers are unanswered? Lele and Juli talk about prayer in broad terms from unanswered prayers to how they approach their own prayer life.
While they may not have all the answers, knowing you're not the only one who sometimes can't figure out what God is up to, helps. So grab your coffee cup and pick a seat at the Table as we chat about prayer on this episode of My Tennessee Table Podcast! (Bonus: Lele shares her Fudge Pie recipe!)
