In todays episode we have Dr. Paulina Corona from Mexico who used to be an Anesthesiologists and found herself being miserable all the time. So she switched from the western medicine to the alternative medicine. This switch also introduced her to the health benefits of Meditation and Yoga and so her journey within started. She talks about the differences she noticed in ehr body and her mind once she started practicing both of them on a regular basis. Her longing continued to be very strong so she decided she needs to research more and was drawn to Sadhguru's videos. Glued to her screen she decided that she wanted to meet Sadhguru and be in his presence. That's when she did Inner Engineering and her journey to India started. She speaks about her experience of staying at the Ashram, being part of Sadhanapada, volunteering, making food choices based on Ayurveda and of the importance of Living Foods. She also speaks about the freedom she felt when discovering the origin of happiness lies within. The two of us happened to work at them same Department (Language/Translation) and due to her background we also talk about the similarities between Ancient Cultures.I hope you enjoy this episode!
