This solo episode that goes a bit deeper into my own trauma healing journey, and the surprises along the way that have invited me deeper into myself, the finely tuned instrument of my nervous system, and the shadows of stored belief and emotion energy that have driven past perception of self, others, and the world.

In this episode, I am guided to reveal some specifics about my story and the recent uncovering of certain early events. I will mention in advance that this episode does acknowledge some explicit trauma, though for the most part there are no real details of events for the most part to avoid unnecessary triggering information.

Some of this information I have never spoken publicly, yet my guidance system led me here, on the heels of eclipse season and in the potent Scorpio New Moon energy, to reveal more of myself and journey in this way. I trust this level of intimacy and vulnerably will serve those who are ready reveal layers of their own multifaceted life experience. 

My vulnerability is my strength and I once again offer it to you here as an invitation, a gift, and a medicine, to honor the process of healing with love, clarity, and the willingness to transcend all stories in the end, knowing you are not defined by your life’s events, but invited into your highest self through their divinely orchestrated lessons.
