The title really speaks for itself..."My turn". My guest, Kevin "All-Star" Thompson shares with me his story of being locked up for 17 years and how it affected his life and those that love him. He details how he parented via an illegal cell phone and how that landed him an entire year in "the hole". He also mentions what motivated him from going from 356 lbs to 216 lbs plus or minus a couple "oxtail pounds".

All-Star was well known throughout the community and is still well-known until this day.

Seventeen years cost him a lot but he still manages to make the best out of it. He has turned over a new leaf and I am appreciative that he came on to talk about it with me...a Random Knowbody.
