As promised, we are back with an update on Trishelle's water fast. Did she complete it or did she completely fail? Tune in and find out.
Also, we mention cardiologist, Dr. Pradip's video in this episode, please check it out here as it has a lot of useful information in regards to the reason why fasting is so important for us.
Today, Trishelle and I discuss if we truly were ever taught to love ourselves. We also discuss our experience on the All Inclusive Podcast and talk about the feedback we got from our first episode.
Please consider leaving us a 5 star rating on Apple Podcasts to help us get into the ears of more listeners.
Thanks for listening and please feel free to share this podcast with your friends and family.
Today, Trishelle goes deep, she explains how she felt when I use to tell her I loved her and would hug her and remembers the conversations we had overtime that healed us.
Thank you for all the support so far, we appreciate it deeply.
As you join us for our first episode, we ask that you bear with us as we work on the niceties of the podcast. We have not covered every corner but it is a work in progress.
As for the content, it's definitely here so tune in and get into what parenting means to me (Trisha) and how it impacted how I raised Trishelle. We also dive into things that helped us work through the obstacles and where we are today!

Will Smith, Dave Chappelle Chris Rock and Isaiah Lee...what do these names all have in common? Well, I know you're at least familiar with three of those names and the fourth? I'll give a brief introduction...he's the guy that tackled Dave Chappelle...can't get anymore brief than that right! Now why did he do it? We may never know....but did he feel comfortable to do it because of Will Smith's episode violating Chris Rock? Or was it due to Dave's distasteful jokes towards the transcommunity? If it were the latter, is it ok to be tackled, smack and fight people that do things we don't agree with?
Take a short ride with me as I explore these questions all while giving a brief synopsis of me seeing Koffee in person at the Fillmore!
I truly appreciate the time you take to tune into my podcast! May I ask a little more? IF you are holding an Apple product in your hand...right now (not later...it'll take less than 2 minutes) please head over to "Podcasts", find mine and leave me a rate and review! I'd greatly appreciate it!
Until next time...tek care...translation...be good to yourself!
Today I get into why I traveled across the country all by myself to Cartagena, Colombia. Did I have a good time? Did the locals get over on me and how much does it really cost to travel???
Tune in and let me know if you have ever solo traveled and where you think I should head to next!
As promised, here are the links to everything I discussed in the episode:
Tour of Palenque
5 Island Tour (this is not the one I did so make sure to read the reviews before you book)
Walking the beautiful streets of Cartagena (I wouldn't recommend booking a walking tour because you can really walk around yourself and see everything but I listed this here so you can an idea)
The beautiful Getsenami you should definitely visit and take all the beautiful pics!
Some of the DON'Ts of Cartagena
Any other questions let me know!!!
Until next time...tek care...translation...be good to yourself!

Today if you're like me and have fallen off the health wagon once again you definitely want to tune in!
I had the honor of chatting with Aaron Burroughs of Homemade Fit out of Easton, PA and he gives tips and valuable advice on how to get back and stay on track long term! Aaron wears many hats with husband and dad being number one I am sure but he is also a Strength Coach (NSCA-CSCS), Movement Specialist (FMS) and so much more. Hit that play button and thank me later for all that you'll get out of today's episode.
Follow Aaron on Instagram and check out his website for more information!
Thanks for tuning in! As always...tek care...translation...be good to yourself!
See you next week!

Today I dive into conversation with someone I never met before but ironically share the same story. Kelly and I are both mothers that beat our children in the past. It is something we both regret and talk about freely in hopes to help parents and children alike come to terms with the effects and how to move forward.
Beatings, whoopings, spankings whatever you call or called it do you really think they are beneficial to children? I know in the black community it is a staple but what good has it really done?
Tune into this episode today and let me know what you think. I am also including this article that talks about why physical punishment is extremely prominent in OUR community.
As always, follow me on the socials guys!
Until next time...tek care...translation...be good to yourself!
