Being told your full of shit can be offensive but what happens when it’s the actual truth? 

In today’s episode I talk about my experience with the Surviving Vegan Detox Challenge which is geared to ridding the body of waste aka shit. This challenge is like NO OTHER because the main focus is not WEIGHT LOSS but WASTE LOSS. This detox challenges not only your body but also your mind…and to be honest I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it.

The title really speaks for itself..."My turn". My guest, Kevin "All-Star" Thompson shares with me his story of being locked up for 17 years and how it affected his life and those that love him. He details how he parented via an illegal cell phone and how that landed him an entire year in "the hole". He also mentions what motivated him from going from 356 lbs to 216 lbs plus or minus a couple "oxtail pounds".

All-Star was well known throughout the community and is still well-known until this day.

Seventeen years cost him a lot but he still manages to make the best out of it. He has turned over a new leaf and I am appreciative that he came on to talk about it with me...a Random Knowbody.

Dating while separated? A sin? Cheating? Adultery? Well, whatever you call it...I did it! Yup, I was dating while separated...for 4 long years at that! Today's episode I touch briefly on this very topic. I have no regrets about dating during my separation and will encourage others to do the same.
