My Story & Awakening my femininity

I invite you into the sacred edges of my story, and what has lead me to this path, and the work I do today - up until 28 I lived in my masculine energy, with often my wounded masculine running the show in my love, work and general life. 

I am a deeply feminine energy woman, and this led to physical and emotional dis-harmony and dis-ease, until my soul messages could not longer be ignored.

I share what has led me up to this path today, and all of these experiences are woven into my formal trainings and the energy and essence of what I teach and share.

I know you’ll relate to one, or many parts of this. 

+ My highly religious and strict upbringing which suffocated my free spirit 

+ The masculine / feminine dynamics I experienced in my family 

+ Development of “over achiever” wound as a way to avoid feeling unworthy and be validated

+ How my wounded masculine would run the show in my love life because my feminine felt unsafe 

+ Dis-ease, dis-harmony and my soul screaming at me - adrenal fatigue, anxiety and overwhelm

+ Awakening  leading me to yoga and feminine embodiment

+ Motherhood, Separating and becoming a solo mum / coparent when my daughter was only 2 and my mum passing away less than 3 months after that

+ Now as a liberated, empowered feminine woman
