Today I sit down and with Aaron Melendrez co owner of Uptown Provisions. Uptown Provisions is a new market + deli owned and operated by Aaron and Sarah Melendrez. The Market has created a lot of buzz here in the city of Whittier. It specializes is locally sourced products along with organic products. The market is full of product that is currently hard to find here in the city of Whittier. It was a great interview and I hope you enjoy it.

Today I sat down with the owners of IMLI Restaurant to hear about their new restaurant here in Whittier. Owners Ashwini Jhaveri, Nish Jhaveri and Chef Nikhil Merchant have been working on this project since 2015 and they are on the verge of opening the first Indian Food restaurant in Whittier, California. We talk about how they came up with the concept and what we can expect when the restaurant opens in July 2021. It was a great interview and I look forward to trying Imli restaurant very soon.
