Welcome to episode 111 of The Light Seekers Lounge podcast! Today, we're kicking off season six with a deep dive into choosing a word of the year. If you haven't heard of this concept, it's all about setting an intention (as opposed to New Years' resolutions) for the year ahead - and it's a practice I've been doing since 2013! 

I'm going to share with you what my chosen word is for 2024, what it means to me and how it's shaping my year so far.
