Summary
We started the idea of Chambered Up in 2013 when we first took our concealed carry handgun course. We finished our course and thought about all our family members and friends that could benefit from the knowledge, skills, and new confidence gained from a properly instructed CCH class. Our motto is "Always Safe, Always Ready,"
Show Notes
North Carolina closely regulates the carrying of concealed weapons by the public. NCGS 14-269 prohibits the carrying of deadly weapons, except as provided in the statute. One of the most important exceptions to this law is when someone has a concealed handgun permit. A concealed handgun permit can be obtained from your local sheriff after undertaking a training course, qualifying with a firearm, and passing a background and mental health check performed by the sheriff. It is important to note that if you are carrying a handgun and you are permitted to do so, there are some extra requirements that you must undertake when interacting with law enforcement. Finally, a North Carolina concealed handgun permit only allows you to conceal handguns, not any other forms of deadly weapons.

What is Perseverance?
Perseverance is the act of continuing to pursue something despite facing setbacks or failures. Eventually, perseverance will lead to achievements, which are a direct result of hard work and the desire to continue to push until you have reached it.
Summary
Thankfulness can occasionally be played down in life, and we tend to forget what we have accomplished and what we have obtained. Appreciating our small wins and the small steps we take can be the difference between failing and success. Lack of appreciation and gratefulness can lead us down the slippery slope of not seeing the importance of our small triumphs. Celebrating the small stuff is us acknowledging that we are well on our way to success.
In this episode we talk about:
· The benefits for celebrating small wins.
· Creating Successful Habits
The Importance of Celebrating Small Wins:
1. You Gain Clarity
2. Remember Your Passion
3. Fortify Your Mindset
4. You Deserve It
