When Myanmar was hit by an earthquake in late March it added further devastation to an already dire humanitarian situation. 

Getting aid to to people who are struggling to rebuild their lives has been hampered by the impacts of a four-year conflict between Myanmar's Military junta and democratic opposition groups.
