Not only are we mandated to share the good news of the Gospel with everyone, but we need to know that many times it will call on us beyond our ability. We need a supernatural courage that only God can provide. Giving us the places to go, the words to say, and the love to extend. For many of the early followers of Jesus, it demanded their life. So be prepared, and share it everywhere.

They are around us, everywhere! People. Every ethnicity. Male. Female. Young. Old. Everywhere in between. They are all precious in His sight. God loves them. And so should we. They matter. Even those who are lost. #mybgcc

The Church is made up of people from all walks of life. There are several who will volunteer, but those who desire to serve are the ones who compose another level of service. They accept sincerely the responsibility to be servants to the Church body. They are referred to as Deacons. It will be our intent to set apart three men today for this obligation.

Sometimes, (maybe more often) it's as if we guys just don't understand, and certainly don't get it. Call it forgetfulness, or neglectfulness, carelessness or whatever. If we could just capture the essence of what our favorite person in this world means to us, and practice it often, it would bring us unparalleled happiness. This sermon teaching is very practical.

So, if you could ask God any question, what would it be? Would it be “Why does a good God allow suffering?” How about, “What really happens when I die?” Or, “Do all roads (and all religions) lead to you?” “Is Jesus really your son?” “Is the Bible true and can I trust what it says?” These are all great questions, and at Bayou George Christian Church, we’re exploring the answers. Come join us - no question is too tough! This session: What Happens When I Die?

Find real answers when you join us for this special six-week series…

Starting Sunday, January 2, at 11:00 a.m. and continuing through February 6.
