In this episode, Abi and Patrick discuss the plethora of yoga classes now available online. Is virtual yoga helpful? How do you use these classes to your benefit? What is it like practicing online with teachers via Zoom? Some of us prefer to join in online, while others prefer to practice along with videos. We share some of our favorite teachers and what they offer and our own experience.

Welcome to the very first episode of Mysore Magic!
Practicing at home is definitely not easy. Especially when you have been used to practicing with a teacher in a shala. In this episode, Abi and Patrick talk about their transition from a shala to home practice. While Patrick welcomes the change in scenery, Abi struggles a little more. Luckily, Pat is a pro at research and found some great resources online. During this episode, they share some tips from well respected teachers and from their own experience. As many of us make this same transition and struggle to find the motivation when a lot seems uncertain during these times, we hope our discussion makes the process a little easier for you to navigate. Keep practicing y’all!
