Many of us have heard of craniosacral work, and may have even had a session, but struggle to understand the mechanics of it and exactly how it works.  Stephanie among us.

Even though she has studied several modalities extensively and can adaptly explain what it does, she still remains at a loss as to exactly how it works.  We just know IT DOES.

Many of us on the podcast have had cranio sessions with Stephanie and more than one of us describe it as “lifechanging”.
