We’ve all heard the call to step into our feminine power. The Women’s Rights Movement in the 19th century leading to women’s suffrage. The Feminism Movement of the mid 20th century.  And it seems we are still fighting the patriarchy.

But what exactly is the “Divine Feminine”?  And how do you step into that power?  It seems surviving is all about “doing”.  Therefore, the divine masculine in action.  When is it we are able to “be” and receive as the Divine Feminine desires?

A social media creator we follow, @uppity_negress_, probably said it best when she discusses “decentering men”.  Specifically the idea of “the man”.  Decentering the need to be in control.  Decentering the ideal of the power structure.  Regardless of gender we all need to allow more.  Spend more time in the flow.  And give ourselves permission to receive the goodness the Universe so desperately wants to bestow.

The topic for this episode came up quite by accident.  We were talking about memory and if we experienced memories (especially of our childhood) similarly.

Chandra was sharing how she felt like there were significant gaps in her memory. Although there are events that she knows actually happened she has no recollection of what transpired during the event.  What did the room look like?  Who else was present in the room at the time?  Etcetera, Etcetera…

And what about those situations where you meet a perfect stranger that you feel like you already know.  But no matter how much the two of you rack your brains and compare histories you can’t figure out from where or when this familiarity comes.

This led us to the question…..  Does our memory accurately document our experience?  Or is it as fallible a recording device as magnetic tape or corrupt digital file?

Those are the questions we ponder and muse in this week’s episode.

Where do personal opinions end and the forcing of someone else’s truth begin? And who decides where that line should be drawn?

It seems the fine art of constructive conversation has lost its luster. When discussing diverging theories or opposing views, why do we now seem to feel someone is trying to convince us they have the answer? And possibly even change our mind on our belief or opinion to more closely align to theirs.

Debate has been a healthy part of education for generations. Debate clubs and, even competitive debate events, were common on most high school and college campuses. Is it still possible to walk away from a healthy exchange of opposing view points and maintain the same opinion you entered with?

It seems these days that everyone is “exposing the secrets to manifesting faster/bigger/better”. Have we all really had it THAT wrong all this time?  Are there really so many NEW methods needing to be revealed?

Well, let us explain why we don’t think so.  For many of us our whole concept of manifesting shifted when you start to realize you are not manifesting a “thing”. You are manifesting an “opportunity”. And just like an opportunity, when it shows up there still comes the decision to accept the opportunity or reject it.

You are still accountable to step into the version of you that can embody the opportunity presented.  Sometimes that's why “unanswered prayers” are actually manifestations working perfectly.
