Have you ever wondered what the difference is between an actual Astral Travel and normal dream-time?  Many of us have.  Especially as we begin our journey and become more interested in intentional Astral Travel.

The interesting thing is that as you learn more about the process, we often realize we’ve been Astral Traveling without knowing it.

Sometimes what we wake up to thinking is simply a vivid or recurring dream has actually been our soul’s nightly travels.

Recently we stumbled upon a concept none of us on the podcast had dived into as of yet.  The concept of “common astral location” we all seem to visit in dreamtime.  Although we hadn’t heard of this before, once it was presented it makes perfect sense and is something we’ve all already experienced.

In this episode we’ll discuss some of these common locations and how they have shown up for us in our “travels”.

Where do personal opinions end and the forcing of someone else’s truth begin? And who decides where that line should be drawn?

It seems the fine art of constructive conversation has lost its luster. When discussing diverging theories or opposing views, why do we now seem to feel someone is trying to convince us they have the answer? And possibly even change our mind on our belief or opinion to more closely align to theirs.

Debate has been a healthy part of education for generations. Debate clubs and, even competitive debate events, were common on most high school and college campuses. Is it still possible to walk away from a healthy exchange of opposing view points and maintain the same opinion you entered with?

Authenticity and neutrality (and other Divine Feminine attributes) are critical to this type of debate and that is what we will discuss in this episode.

For this episode our good friend Michelle Leigh visits us all the way from Michigan to talk about the recent transformation of her healing business into Reins of Light.

Michelle is an accomplished Reiki Master and Energy Healer.  She shares how a visit to Sedona set her on the path of experimenting with and experiencing energy.  And how that ultimately led her to Reiki.

But it wasn’t until a chance encounter at an Equine energy retreat that Michelle discovered the calling she says “activated her life”.  And that is learning and practicing the special medicine that only horses can provide.

Their calm and gentle nature hold space for humans in a very magical way and Michelle has dedicated herself to learning all she can and finding her own soul horse partner to help her on that journey.

As we record this episode, pretty much every possible planet that can wreak havoc on your life is in retrograde (or at least it feels like it). 

From the typical computer glitches and mis-read emails of Mercury Retrograde to the titan Jupiter asking us to revisit what could be outdated emotions, relationships and beliefs.  It is a LOT for many of us right now.

It seems these days that everyone is “exposing the secrets to manifesting faster/bigger/better”. Have we all really had it THAT wrong all this time?  Are there really so many NEW methods needing to be revealed?

Well, let us explain why we don’t think so.  For many of us our whole concept of manifesting shifted when you start to realize you are not manifesting a “thing”. You are manifesting an “opportunity”. And just like an opportunity, when it shows up there still comes the decision to accept the opportunity or reject it.

You are still accountable to step into the version of you that can embody the opportunity presented.  Sometimes that's why “unanswered prayers” are actually manifestations working perfectly.

In this episode we welcome our beautiful friend Stephanie Cox on the podcast.  Stephanie is a professional massage and craniosacral therapist (voted best in Winston-Salem NC, I might add).

Many of us have heard of craniosacral work, and may have even had a session, but struggle to understand the mechanics of it and exactly how it works.  Stephanie among us.

Even though she has studied several modalities extensively and can adaptly explain what it does, she still remains at a loss as to exactly how it works.  We just know IT DOES.

Many of us on the podcast have had cranio sessions with Stephanie and more than one of us describe it as “lifechanging”.

Take this journey with us as Stephanie described how craniosacral therapy searches for the “health” in the system, not the “disease”.  And how by working with the innate healing rhythms of the body allows our nervous system and space and safety to self regulate and heal.
