 This is an encounter story as described by a witness when she was a young woman out of College staying at a family cabin for the summer.  It is compelling as the encounter provides details of the Bigfoot that are not the usual attributes, but still the same, as terrifying as one can imagine.  This is a wonderful encounter as seen through the perspective of a young boy. It pre-dates the Patterson-Gimlin film and took place near Cottonwood Peak in Northern California.
