Sk: V tichej a malebnej lokalite, v srdci Vysokých Tatier, stála útulná chatka.
En: In the quiet and picturesque location, in the heart of the Vysoké Tatry, stood a cozy cabin.

Sk: Borovicové háje obklopovali chatku a tichučké šumenie jazera pridávalo miestu čarovnú atmosféru.
En: Pine groves surrounded the cabin, and the gentle rustling of the lake added a magical atmosphere to the place.

Sk: Vnútri sa Jakub pohodlne usadil na gauči, užíval si pokojného letného večera.
En: Inside, Jakub comfortably settled on the couch, enjoying the peaceful summer evening.

Sk: Vedľa neho sedela Lenka, jej oči svietili zvedavosťou.
En: Next to him sat Lenka, her eyes glowing with curiosity.

Sk: Jakub chcel len oddychovať a užívať si výhľad.
En: Jakub just wanted to relax and enjoy the view.

En: She constantly spoke of anecdotes and legends about forest spirits or mysterious tracks in the snow.

Sk: Tá noc bola ako každá iná.
En: That night was like any other.

Sk: Ale presne o polnoci sa ozval zvláštny zvuk.
En: But exactly at midnight, a strange sound was heard.

Sk: Ruch vonku ich vytrhol zo snov.
En: The commotion outside pulled them from their dreams.

Sk: "Lenka, to sú len zvieratá," povedal Jakub, pretierajúc si unavené oči.
En: "It's just animals, Lenka," said Jakub, rubbing his tired eyes.

Sk: "Nie, Jakub, toto znie inak," trvala na svojom Lenka, plná vzrušenia.
En: "No, Jakub, this sounds different," insisted Lenka, full of excitement.

Sk: Jakub sa snažil zachovať pokoj.
En: Jakub tried to stay calm.

Sk: Predstával si medvede či jeleňov.
En: He imagined bears or deer.

Sk: "Zajtra to preskúmame, ak chceš," navrhol nakoniec.
En: "We'll explore it tomorrow, if you want," he eventually suggested.

Sk: Lenka pevne prikývla, presviedčajúc ho o svojej pravde.
En: Lenka nodded firmly, convincing him of her truth.

Sk: Keď nasledujúca noc priniesla tie isté zvuky, nedalo im to pokoj.
En: When the next night brought the same sounds, they couldn’t ignore it.

Sk: Vzali baterky a vydali sa do lesov.
En: They took flashlights and headed into the woods.

Sk: Šli popri jazere, kde sa zdalo, že zvuky začínajú.
En: They walked along the lake, where the sounds seemed to originate.

Sk: "Nebojíš sa?
En: "Are you not scared?"

Sk: " opýtala sa Lenka.
En: asked Lenka.

Sk: Jakub mávol rukou: "Nie, veď sú to len zvieratá," ale v jeho hlasu bolo cítiť neistotu.
En: Jakub waved his hand: "No, it's just animals," but there was a hint of uncertainty in his voice.

Sk: Keď dorazili na čistinku, svetlo baterky odkrylo opustené táborisko.
En: When they reached a clearing, the flashlight revealed an abandoned campsite.

Sk: Oheň bol už dávno zhasnutý, ale stopy v okolí ukazovali, že niekto tu nedávno bol.
En: The fire had long been out, but tracks around showed that someone had been there recently.

Sk: Jakub stíšil a vzal na vedomie detaily.
En: Jakub quieted and took in the details.

Sk: "Niekto tu bol, ale nie príšera," zavtipkoval.
En: "Someone was here, but not a monster," he joked.

Sk: Zrazu sa z tmy vynoril starší muž s dlhými vlasmi a hľadel na nich zvedavými očami.
En: Suddenly, an older man with long hair emerged from the darkness and looked at them with curious eyes.

Sk: "Nebojte sa, som pustovník," povedal muž.
En: "Don't be afraid, I'm a hermit," said the man.

Sk: "Zabudol som tu niekoľko vecí a vracal som sa ich vziať, prepáčte, že som vás vyplašil.
En: "I forgot some things here and came back to get them, I'm sorry for scaring you."

Sk: "Jakub a Lenka sa usmiali.
En: Jakub and Lenka smiled.

Sk: "Vidíš, žiadne strašidlá," zaškeril sa Jakub.
En: "See, no ghosts," grinned Jakub.

Sk: Lenka sa ale chytila do svojho príbehu, "Bolo to ako v legende o duchovi lesa," povedala s úsmevom.
En: But Lenka embraced her story, "It was like the legend of the forest spirit," she said with a smile.

Sk: Na ceste späť do chatky sa Jakub začal viac otvárať dobrodružstvu a Lenka ocenila Jakubovu rozvahu a praktickosť.
En: On the way back to the cabin, Jakub began to open up more to adventure, and Lenka appreciated Jakub's composure and practicality.

Sk: Povzbudzovali jeden druhého a ich priateľstvo sa ešte viac upevnilo.
En: They encouraged each other, and their friendship became even stronger.

Sk: V chatke ich čakal praskot ohňa a šálka dobrého čaju.
En: In the cabin, the crackling fire and a cup of good tea awaited them.

Sk: Mali svoj pokoj a zároveň zažili dobrodružný príbeh, ktorý si budú pripomínať a o ktorom Lenka rozhodne napíše krásny príbeh.
En: They had their peace and simultaneously experienced an adventurous story that they would remember, and which Lenka would surely write a beautiful story about.
