078: Mystery Shopper

There are 80 million millennials out there and no, not all are lazy and entitled. There are plenty who want true freedom, prefer entrepreneurship to the 9 to 5 grind and are hungry for mentors who give them the real deal. Grant Cardone and his millennial protégé, Jarrod Glandt target the under 35 crowd with the tips and insights they need to succeed in any economic climate.

This week, and once a month, these Young Hustlers do a Mystery Shopper episode. They call companies and have a report card and give their take on how a company handles incoming phone calls.

Grant is looking for a Public Relations department in Miami. He doesn’t have much luck with his first few attempts. They treated him, the caller, like a nuisance and seem inconvenienced by receiving a phone call.

Steps to a Successful Incoming Call

1. Build report.

2. Qualify the caller.

3. Name and number.

4. Appointment.
