Episode 33 is about Fear of Success. We each share how natural fears are and the obstacles in our lives can either fuel the fear or choose determination. Overwhelm is a common emotion the three of us are familiar with and share how impactful it has been. People don't like to talk about the Fear of Success, but we tackle this topic to hopefully light your soul on fire for putting one foot in front of the other.

We share what that looks like in our lives. We juggle feeling overwhelmed by choosing to work for spirit using our abilities despite the fear. Exhaustion can set in and you can take it back to the Art of No from our Season 1 episode 20 as a form of self love. Paths will present themselves for opportunities, so select the one that feels right for you.

Many times a fear of success is masked with an abundance of overwhelm. Your actions can fuel the fear...or your persistence and determination can acknowledge what's so (the fear) and choose empowered actions to remove the power from the fear. You become your cheerleader and the star quarterback rolled into one. If you cannot tap into the inspired actions alone, phone a friend or take action with someone that supports your journey. Sometimes a partnership is the best choice. There is great power in collaboration and delegation.

Life happens and passes quickly on some days. It also takes a village sometimes and we can assist one another on the way up. Share opportunities with one another when overwhelm or time constraints are the challenge and pass it onto a someone else. Finding your groove is a journey. Having your soul tribe or people you know can alleviate the overwhelm when it surfaces. This is a marathon in life, pass the baton and it will come back around the track for your win-win regardless of how you place.

Life is not a contest to win. This is your life to live. What do you want to accomplish in your life's goals? Create a plan of action that can pivot when needed and do not trap yourself in an expectation of it has to look exactly like _____________ or it's a failure. Many times, it comes out better than you imagined yet looks differently than the original vision.

This is a great time for transformation, writing bold intentions, visualizing and verbalizing your biggest desires. This blue moon is also about second chances. Grab your journals, blue or purple pen for higher vibrations, and manifest through declaration and empowered actions.

Great crystals to work with during this time are Moonstone, great mystics stone, stands for new beginnings, used by many in spiritual work. A vast majority of high priestesses and witches use this stone as it is associated with goddess energy. Clear Quartz is another that can either absorb to remove or amplify whatever you desire and all programmed by your intentions.

Full moons are beautiful times to do burning bowl release ceremonies, make moon water, take a salt bath, bask under the moonlight and speak your desires out loud. Easiest way to make moon water is by setting out clean water in a bottle or jar with a lid on it under the glowing moon so soak up the vibrant energies. This is an excellent time to set all your crystals outside as well for them to recharge and also soak up the full moon.

This episode's topic is inspired by Lezli's brilliant class "Loving Yourself" as so much of humanity has forgotten this empowering and fulfilling practice. Loving yourself is quite simple and can be accomplished in a myriad of ways. Spirit is loving, kind, and compassionate, but we withhold it from ourselves constantly. Being mystics, we experience Spirit's love continuously or we would not be doing what we do individually and collectively.

Ashwani share how she goes within and asks her own body, mind and spirit plus listening to outside messages from Universe. She also shares how a salt bath is a beautiful way to connect to self and reward with healing powers of water that not everyone is afforded. Take the down time to connect with yourself, listen to your own needs. Quiet your brain and unplug from the chatter, chaos, or matrix of being tied to devices.

Lezli discusses how forgiving yourself is a wonderful discovery link to self love. Stopping comparing ourselves to others is a key aspect of self love we can all start immediately. This is a great one to conquer and is a beautiful goal to set for yourself. Look in the mirror and say "you are standing" if you can't say I love you to yourself. Say something that is a fact, a truth, select one thing you undoubtedly believe and is easy to say lovingly to yourself.

Nickelle works hard at being cognizant of what she lets in. The vibrations she allows into her space has changed and she is more mindful of her surroundings. She loves knowing she is listening to something that is expanding her consciousness and awareness. Being aware of her distinction of I'm going to do this for me because it will help me achieve more or doing this because I am nourishing myself with self love acts. There is a difference and learning what that is for yourself.

Love is love and what you give to others you also deserve to receive. Release yourself from having expectations that you are not going to meet by carrying out simple acts of self love like getting out of bed, taking a shower, getting dressed and build naturally as a progression in your own time...in your own way. Choose to stop battling yourself and withholding your own needs and start with small tangible actions.

We all have off days and no one is perfect. Mistakes are growth opportunities. Focus on being a better version of you, day by day, and it all starts within. Spirit loves us all, doesn't judge us, yet we constantly judge one another and ourselves. Take an assessment, how did _____________ go, what would you do differently, how can I handle my actions without buying into the emotional reaction, etc.?

Sit outside yourself. See yourself as beautiful. Every flaw tells a story of who you are. Humans are beautiful exactly as they are. Tell the parts of yourself that you love them. What did you do today that made you feel you love yourself? Go get a massage. Get a pedicure. Buy yourself your favorite flowers instead of dreaming or hoping someone will give them to you & then being disappointed you haven't received them. Treat yourself to things that feed your soul, nourish your spirit, beyond a moment of retail therapy of things you don't need. Go deeper. What is it you actually need?

Another exciting episode with Ashwani, Lezli, and Nickelle spilling the tea about the misconceptions of Dark Goddesses. A vast majority of society has taught us that working with or aligning with Dark Goddesses is bad or evil. Hollywood and many religious sectors have depicted Dark Goddesses as evil queens, dark magic witches, and feared.

The truth is Dark Goddesses help you dive into your dark nights of the soul better than any other deities. They sit beside you when you have fallen down. They are the mothers who love the most unloveable in our harsh and cruel world. Just like any diety you choose, do your research and learn how to properly work or align with an individual Goddess as there are hundreds to choose from.

Some great examples with work they can help us through: Greek Goddess Hecate or Hekate is there for anyone working with their magic inside or in a place of discovery, aligning as a witch (Woman In Total Control of Herself) or witchcraft, or simply owning your unique truth when you're at a crossroads. She uses her torch to light your way out of the dark.

Greek Goddess Medusa is a fierce protector. She is one of the best to align with when healing and unpacking your trauma. She is the only Goddess that can never be touched or harmed again due to her blessing (not a curse to her turning harmful people into stone with her serpent hair). Her hair is her armor.

Lilith is not really considered a Goddess per se, but she was the first woman and wife to Adam according to Jewish, Mesopotamian mythology and many other religious accounts. Religious versions demonized her yet she is not. She teaches sovereignty, independence, and feminine equality. She helps any woman who chooses to find her authentic voice, voice, and be free of suppression.

Hindu Goddess Kali is an ego destroyer. Who doesn't need a little of that? She will help you dismantle your ego, destroy illusions, and show you we control nothing in life...why let your mental body control you or your actions.

Welsh Celtic Goddess Cerridwen assists with transformations and rebirthing. We all go through life where something needs to transform for our highest good, so we just need to be brave and be willing to take a look. Reinventing yourself is an example of rebirthing.

These are just a few of these empowering women in history and some of their qualities, characteristics, and specialities when life gets chaotic. We hope this provides new perspective and removes fear around working with Dark Goddesses because they do not deserve to be villainized.

In Episode 25, we are sharing our perspectives about love and relationships. Ashwani, Lezli and Nickelle discuss the differences between having a divine partner vs a soulmate or a twin flame. Relationships can be hard and complicated if we make it so.

Great discovery questions are: is the partnership challenging you in good ways, are you both growing individually and together, are there any co-dependencies to work out, is the focus centered and rooted around the relationship, are there toxic patterns you are repeating, and many more for inquiry within. Regardless, all relationships provide growth opportunities for you to learn more about yourself. Life is not a fairy tale and sometimes the heart wants what the heart wants.

A divine partner is someone who will challenge you to naturally choose to become a better person as they stand by your side, cheer you on, keep their independence, and stand in their own power. This is ideal and probably less common in your younger years. The best relationships are generally later in life yet not always.

We can have many soulmates in our life. Soulmates can be romantic while others can be platonic like friendships, sisterhood, and bromance. These type of relationships will also challenge you and hopefully in the best ways possible.

Twinflames usually challenge you the most yet are not always the ideal longterm relationship. These types of love are commonly shorter term, fiery, your polar opposites, but not always in same cases.

All relationships thrive best when both people are engaging in honest communication, set and respect healthy boundaries, and are actively participating in growing the relationship.
