Yoga Nidra is a practice that guides you to experience a deeper relationship with yourself by becoming an observer of your inner complexity. The goal is not to attain perfection but to exercise the capacity to sit with 'what is,' whether it brings comfort or discomfort. Through this practice, you learn to witness your truth and grow unimaginably. This session invites you to accept yourself, including your imperfections, and witness your experience without judgment. To begin, you are invited to take a comfortable position lying on your back with all the support you need. After settling into the container of the room you rest in, you are guided to ground yourself into your strength to remain still and observe your breath. Surrender to the space around you and notice what speaks from the body. The practice then moves on to invite a Sankalpa, an intention or declaration of "I am" that awakens in the space of the heart and connects to the mind's eye. The session ends with the rotation of consciousness, where you sense pure sensation as your attention travels through your physical body, allowing yourself to melt into spaces of comfort, ease, and well-being.Through this practice, you are honouring your whole body, whole being, and whole self, and deeply planting your intention into the subconscious mind. The session is concluded with a return to your Sankalpa and a reminder that the truth will set you free.Thank you for being here.Subscribe (and Receive Alerts) for more Yoga Nidra & BeyondClick Here ——— https://www.youtube.com/c/AylaNovaNidra?sub_confirmation=1 00:00 Intro00:12 Intention01:50 Prepare for Yoga Nidra03:20 The Practice of Yoga NidraLicensed music from Pond5Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/yoga-nidra-beyond-ayla-nova--5641302/support.
